Terms of Sale

This is an English translation provided for convenience. Purchases are made under the Hebrew terms, which prevail in case of any discrepancy.

1. General

tdek.org (the "Site") is operated by TDEK Ltd. (ת.ד.א.ק בע"מ), company no. 512100223, Maayan HaNeurim Farm, D.N. Halutza, Ramat Negev Regional Council, P.O. Box 85515, Israel. Phone: 054-5611130, email: dudu@tdek.org. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Age and eligibility

Purchases are permitted only to persons aged 18 or over holding a valid Israeli-issued credit card and an active email address.

3. Product and price

The product is the book Active Curtain Wall — Double Skin UCW 75 by David B. Klinger (written in English). The price is 5,000 ₪ per copy, including VAT and door-to-door delivery anywhere in Israel.

4. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed on the Site's checkout page. Payment is by credit card, in ILS only, on a secure payment page operated by Grow (via morning / Green Invoice). Card details are not stored by the company. A tax invoice/receipt is emailed once payment is approved. Orders from outside Israel (€1,500 including door-to-door shipping, by bank transfer) are handled by email.

5. Delivery

Door-to-door courier delivery within Israel, within 7 business days of payment approval. The company is not liable for delays caused by third parties, force majeure, strikes, security conditions or the buyer's unavailability.

6. Cancellation and returns

Before shipping: an order may be cancelled at any time before the book is handed to the courier, by written notice to dudu@tdek.org or by phone; the amount paid is refunded less a cancellation fee of ILS 100.

After delivery: you may cancel your purchase of a book within 14 days of receiving it, provided that the book remains in its original, sealed shipping packaging and the shipping envelope has not been opened. In the event of a cancellation, a cancellation fee of ILS 100 will apply, in addition to the original shipping costs and the cost of returning the book, subject to applicable law. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Defective or incorrect copies are replaced or fully refunded with no fee.

7. Liability

The book is intended for professional enrichment. Its contents are general and do not replace project-specific design, engineering advice or professional opinion. The company's liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the product.

8. Intellectual property

All rights in the book and Site content are reserved by the company and the author.

9. Privacy

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Southern District have exclusive jurisdiction.
