TDEK Ltd. respects the privacy of site visitors and acts in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981.

What we collect

• When you order: first and last name, phone, email, country, shipping address and any notes you provide.
• When you use the contact form: name, email, phone and your message.
• Card details are entered directly on Grow's secure payment page and never reach or are stored by the company.

How it is used

Solely to process your order, issue a tax invoice/receipt, arrange delivery and answer enquiries. We do not send marketing email and do not sell your data.

Sharing

Only as needed to fulfil the order: with morning (Green Invoice) and Grow for payment and invoicing, and with the courier for delivery — or where required by law.

Security, retention and cookies

The site is served over HTTPS and payments are processed in a PCI-DSS compliant environment. Order records are kept as required by tax law. The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
